HOLLYWOOD, CA--11/07/11 - Sycamore Entertainment Group, Inc. (SEGI), is pleased to announce it has acquired US rights to Isle of Dogs, a film by Tammi Sutton.
Written by Sean Hogan and executive produced by Andrea Fellers, the movie stars Andrew Howard, who appeared in the film Limitless, with Robert Deniro, and The Hangover Part II, with Bradley Copper, and it was named best thriller feature film at the recent Shriekfest.
"Isle of Dogs is exactly the kind of edgy genre films that we are interested in," says Ed Sylvan, CEO of Sycamore. "We're very excited to be working with a successful genre director like Tammi who has already built up a career and a loyal audience in the horror market."
Sycamore will release the film in the first quarter of 2012. Isle of Dogs is said to be a roller coaster ride of sex, violence and betrayal, and is expected to perform well on all platforms.
